This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Success Manager based in United States. As a Client Success Manager, you will oversee high-value customer relationships and lead strategic initiatives that directly influence retention, growth, and customer satisfaction. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize complex payment experiences while identifying opportunities to expand account value. The role combines consultative account management with technical expertise, requiring you to understand APIs, integrations, data exchange, and payment platform capabilities. You will regularly engage with customers through product demonstrations, presentations, solution design, and strategic discussions. Internally, you will coordinate with engineering, support, sales, and other teams to deliver complex initiatives and resolve technical challenges. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced payments environment while working with sophisticated B2B customers and executive stakeholders.
