This is a unique opportunity to step into a clinical leadership role at a time of significant national transformation within the cervical screening programme.About the opportunityWe are seeking a Senior Nurse / Clinical Leader to join the Northern Regional Cervical Screening Programme based at Greenlane.With new clinical pathways, HPV testing advancements, and system upgrades underway, this is a pivotal time to contribute to shaping the future of cervical screening in Aotearoa. You are confident working with data, passionate about improving equity, and skilled at supporting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.You will bring:Current registration and Annual Practising Certificate in New ZealandAuthorisation as a cervical sample taker (NCSP)At least 5 years experience in womens health or primary care servicesDemonstrated leadership and coaching capabilityStrong understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, equity, and population healthProven ability to engage effectively with Māori and Pacific whānauIdeally, you will also be an authorised vaccinator.About usHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
