Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Success Manager based in France. As a Clinical Success Manager, you will help radiation oncology clinics improve treatment planning efficiency, clinical workflows, and patient care through innovative automation technologies. You will combine your clinical treatment-planning expertise with customer-facing skills to train, support, and mentor clinics across the EMEA region. The role involves everything from software demonstrations and installations to troubleshooting complex customer challenges and gathering feedback for future product improvements. You will build trusted relationships with clinicians while helping teams adopt more efficient and safer workflows. You will also contribute to webinars, research initiatives, industry events, and educational programs that strengthen the clinical community. This is a fully remote, mission-driven opportunity for someone who enjoys continuous learning, meaningful customer interaction, and making a tangible impact in healthcare.

Demonstrate, install, and train clinical teams on a suite of radiation oncology workflow automation solutions. Guide newly onboarded clinics through implementation and adoption, helping them establish efficient and clinically safe workflows. Work directly with clinics to understand operational and treatment-planning challenges and independently identify appropriate solutions. Collaborate with technical and programming teams when more complex customer issues require additional support. Partner with the EMEA sales team to demonstrate solutions to prospective customers and support the transition from evaluation through implementation. Provide training and ongoing clinical support to newly installed customers. Proactively engage existing clinics to gather feedback, understand evolving needs, and communicate relevant product updates and features. Host webinars and educational sessions to answer customer questions and demonstrate product capabilities. Develop clear, practical training materials and resources for clinical users. Build strong relationships with clinicians and clinical leaders across the EMEA region. Collaborate with clinics on research projects and help identify and develop reference sites in partnership with the EMEA sales team. Attend industry congresses, conferences, and on-site customer meetings to demonstrate solutions and strengthen clinical relationships. Travel to customer and industry locations across the region, with travel expected to be up to approximately 15%. Capture customer feedback and clinical insights that can contribute to future product development and improvements. Continuously expand your understanding of radiation oncology workflows, treatment planning, and emerging healthcare technologies. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in clinical treatment planning. Strong knowledge of radiation oncology clinical workflows and treatment-planning practices. Exceptional presentation and public-speaking skills, with confidence demonstrating technology to clinical audiences. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities, particularly when diagnosing customer challenges and identifying practical solutions. Excellent written and spoken English. Fluent written and spoken Italian and/or German. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clinicians and clinical leaders. Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine commitment to improving patient care. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Ability to manage multiple projects, customer needs, and priorities within a busy and continuously evolving environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable learning new technologies and translating their value into practical benefits for healthcare professionals. Compassionate, approachable, and receptive to customer feedback and new ideas. Passion for helping healthcare teams improve their workflows and achieve meaningful clinical outcomes. 5 years of clinical treatment-planning experience is preferred. Previous experience teaching treatment planning is an advantage. Customer success or customer-facing healthcare technology experience is preferred. Fluency in French or Spanish is an additional advantage. Willingness to travel up to approximately 15% for customer meetings, congresses, and industry events. Benefits: Competitive, locally adjusted compensation. Reference base salary range of €60,000–€120,000 annually for applicable European markets, with actual compensation determined by location, experience, skills, role level, and internal equity. Benefits designed to comply with local requirements and market standards for international team members. Fully remote working environment. Opportunities to work with an international team supporting healthcare organizations across the EMEA region. Professional development through conferences, continued learning, and exposure to innovative healthcare technologies. Opportunities to participate in research projects and industry events. Meaningful opportunity to contribute to improving radiation oncology workflows and patient care. Collaborative environment with strong emphasis on clinical expertise, customer feedback, and continuous learning. Supportive international culture that values diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. Opportunity to develop both clinical and customer-success expertise while working with advanced healthcare technology. Flexible remote environment designed to support work-life balance. Opportunities to build relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals across multiple markets.
