This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Testing Manager based in United States. The Clinical Testing Manager will lead the clinical testing and validation of AI-enabled healthcare solutions designed to support nurses and clinical teams. This role brings frontline nursing expertise directly into the product development lifecycle, ensuring technology reflects real-world clinical workflows and standards. You’ll evaluate AI-driven patient and nursing interactions for clinical accuracy, safety, escalation, disposition, and communication quality. The position combines clinical judgment, structured testing, analytical thinking, and close collaboration with Product, Engineering, QA, and Clinical teams. You’ll identify patterns and opportunities for improvement and translate clinical findings into actionable product recommendations. Your work will directly influence clinical quality, product decisions, and the safe adoption of healthcare AI in real-world care environments. The role offers meaningful autonomy and the opportunity to help shape how AI is evaluated, validated, and improved for nurses and patients.
