Execute technical close plans and document customer intent and blockers in MSX Timeline and Customer Success Plans to ensure seamless hand-off to CSU/FastTrack. Achieve L200 in consultative selling and L400 in technical depth across key workloads; share learnings from deal outcomes to improve team performance and GTM strategy. 10 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles. L200 consultative and L400 technical certifications (or equivalent experience). 12+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience 8+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management. Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Endpoint Management, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, etc.)
