Job Title: Cloud Solutions Engineer - Data (Azure/Fabric) Location: National Harbor, MD (Hybrid) Type: Full Time Compensation: $100,000 to $140,000 Annually, subject to experience – plus a performance bonus of up to 10% of annual salary, paid in quarterly increments If you're a cloud/data engineer who's energized by complex data challenges, passionate about the Microsoft data ecosystem, and ready to do work that actually matters to clients — this is the role you've been looking for. Cloudforce is seeking an experienced engineer to join our growing data practice. You'll be designing, building, and maintaining sophisticated data solutions on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric for high-profile clients across the US and Europe — working on projects that are technically demanding and genuinely consequential. This isn't a role where you'll be maintaining someone else's pipelines or responding to tickets. You'll be architecting solutions from the ground up, translating complex business data requirements into scalable, reliable architectures, and contributing to a practice that's at the forefront AI and of the Microsoft data platform. You'll bring deep expertise in Azure data services, strong hands-on experience with data engineering tools and frameworks, and the communication skills to work effectively with both technical teams and client stakeholders. Like all engineering at Cloudforce, this is a team-oriented role — you'll work alongside fellow engineers as part of structured project teams, with a clear path forward for those who want to grow.
