We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Club Manager / Floor Manager to lead operations at an exclusive nightlife venue in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury party venues, VIP guest management, and high-energy nightlife operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily club operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Manage VIP experiences and build relationships with high-profile clientele
- Drive revenue growth through strategic promotions and guest engagement
- Lead and train a high-performing team to maintain top-tier service standards

Requirements:
