Full job description
The manager implements quality programs, conducts audits and inspections, develops corrective plans, monitors quality KPIs, prepares management reports, trains employees and prepares both hotels for brand audits and evaluations.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires higher education in hospitality, business, quality management or a related field and at least three years in quality management, guest experience, operations or hotel management. English and Georgian fluency, analytical skills and hospitality-quality knowledge are required; international-chain experience is preferred.
