Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Commercial Delivery Manager based in United States. This role sits within a global Consumer Commerce team focused on turning fan engagement into measurable commercial growth. As Commercial Delivery Manager, you will lead the execution of ticketing and merchandise sales strategies across diverse gaming and entertainment ecosystems. You will connect Marketing, Product, and Commerce teams to ensure audiences move seamlessly from interest to purchase. The role combines go-to-market planning, digital funnel optimization, commercial creativity, and performance analytics. You will develop scalable sales frameworks, improve conversion and average order value, and identify new monetization opportunities. Working in a fast-paced, international environment, you will have significant ownership over commercial delivery and revenue performance.
Lead the standardization and rollout of go-to-market frameworks, commercial playbooks, and sales launch processes across multiple gaming ecosystems. Own end-to-end commercial delivery plans for events, including timelines, cross-functional dependencies, sales milestones, and launch execution. Oversee sales campaigns across e-commerce and ticketing channels, ensuring a smooth customer journey from launch through sell-out. Optimize D2C sales funnels and checkout experiences by analyzing consumer behavior, removing friction, improving conversion rates, and increasing average order value. Develop compelling product positioning, commercial hooks, urgency drivers, and purchasing triggers for ticket tiers and merchandise collections. Audit storefronts and purchasing journeys regularly to identify opportunities for improved usability and conversion. Serve as the primary commercial partner to Marketing, translating revenue objectives into promotional briefs, campaign timelines, and advertising priorities. Align paid and organic marketing activity with ticket and merchandise inventory to maximize commercial impact. Monitor campaign ROI and ROAS and provide actionable recommendations on advertising spend, campaign timing, and performance. Develop and execute product bundling, upselling, cross-selling, hospitality, early-access, and other monetization strategies. Manage price-tier launches and dynamic upsell pathways to increase revenue yield per customer. Oversee commercial dashboards and reporting, tracking sales pacing, merchandise performance, campaign efficiency, conversion metrics, and other key KPIs. Maintain commercial workflows and cross-team accountability through Monday.com or similar project management tools. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements across teams. Requirements: 3–5+ years of experience in B2C e-commerce, commercial delivery, digital growth, sales operations, or a related field; experience in gaming, esports, music, or live entertainment is strongly preferred. Proven experience managing go-to-market campaigns, digital sales funnels, and D2C acquisition and conversion metrics, including conversion rate, average order value, ROAS, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, ticketing back-office systems, and digital analytics tools such as GA4 and Meta Business Suite. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across marketing, creative, commercial, product, and external partner teams. Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for sales modeling, forecasting, tracking, and dashboard development, along with strong PowerPoint or Google Slides skills. Advanced experience with structured project management tools such as Monday.com and collaboration platforms such as Slack. Strong commercial creativity, with the ability to translate products, events, and audience insights into compelling positioning and purchasing opportunities. Highly organized and analytical, with strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments. A proactive, ownership-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on commercial targets. Fluency in English and at least one additional language, both written and spoken. Willingness and ability to travel internationally for major events and strategic meetings when required. Benefits: Full-time employment in a fully remote U.S.-based role. High-visibility commercial leadership position with significant strategic ownership and opportunities for career advancement. Opportunity to contribute to major gaming, esports, entertainment, and live-event experiences reaching global audiences. International and cross-functional working environment spanning Marketing, Product, Commerce, and other teams. Direct opportunity to influence ticketing and merchandise revenue growth, customer conversion, and fan lifetime value. Exposure to global events and opportunities for international travel when required.
