This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager based in the United States. The Commercial Excellence Manager will help drive commercial performance across a diverse B2B industrial business portfolio. This role combines sales operations, business intelligence, CRM strategy, forecasting, automation, and commercial analytics to improve sales execution and profitability. You will lead multiple initiatives designed to streamline front-end sales processes and create a more efficient, data-driven customer experience. The position requires close collaboration with sales, finance, operations, customer service, product management, engineering, purchasing, and marketing teams. You will own critical dashboards, reporting processes, CRM capabilities, and forecasting activities that support executive decision-making and strategic planning. The role also provides an opportunity to advance AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the commercial organization.
