About The Role
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a communication designer who does not just make banners, but thinks in visual language — from 3D illustrations to branding.
Tasks

Develop creatives for advertising platforms (Emails, Instagram, Facebook, ASO (Appstore, Google Play and alternative stores, etc.)

Create and adapt 3D illustrations for social media

Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity

Collaborate closely with the copywriter and SMM manager

Optimize and automate routine design tasks

Animate and fully manage stories content
Qualifications And Requirements

Confident proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
-
Strong skills in AI-powered tools (Midjourney, Recraft, Krea, etc.)

Excellent UI skills (component creation, tech support, Figma variables)
-
Preparing visuals for landing pages

Understanding of color correction, retouching, and object editing
-
Knowledge of lighting physics, perspective, and collage creation
-
Strong typography skills and experience working with grid systems

Understanding of layout principles: web limitations, dark mode, animation formats
-
English level B1 or higher
-
Fully remote work or hybrid in cities where we have an office
