The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Executive to build, grow and manage XM’s online communities and promote engagement among users in South Africa. As our Community Executive, you will be the heartbeat of XM’s platform, connecting with users, building relationships, developing and executing community engagement strategies. Your efforts will contribute to shaping a thriving and engaged community.
The main responsibilities of the position include:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase user participation, foster brand loyalty, and drive growth in XM’s community

Monitor social media conversations and social listening channels to gather insights about XM’s community and provide feedback to enhance products and services

Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute community engagement campaigns, promotions, and events

Generate reports to analyse community engagement and brand responsiveness metrics to track the success of XM’s community engagement campaigns

Build, grow and manage our online communities by engaging with users across various social media platforms relevant to XM’s brand

Respond to clients’ inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner

Identify and engage with brand advocates to amplify XM’s brand's reach, promote products and services, and increase community engagement

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new social media platforms to enhance community engagement strategies
Main requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities

Strong understanding of social media platforms

Experience with social listening tools, such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical skills

Creative thinker with a passion for community building

Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
