This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Community Specialist II – Technical & Knowledge based in Canada. The Community Specialist II will help build an active, knowledgeable, and connected online community of nearly 50,000 users. You’ll combine technical content creation with community engagement, helping users learn, solve problems, and get more value from the platform. The role blends front-facing communication with behind-the-scenes work across automations, CRM data, workflows, and community tools. You’ll create tutorials, how-to guides, knowledge-base articles, and other educational content while supporting technical discussions and events. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams to amplify user feedback and strengthen the community experience. The environment is collaborative, flexible, and highly autonomous, with plenty of room to experiment and introduce creative engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically curious communicator who enjoys turning complexity into useful knowledge and meaningful user connections.
