This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Competence Manager - Finance based in India. This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop a community of SAP Finance specialists within a global technology organisation. You will combine deep SAP FICO expertise with people leadership to strengthen technical capabilities and support long-term career growth. The position focuses on building high-performing teams, identifying future skill needs, and creating opportunities for continuous development. You will work across engineering and business functions to align talent, staffing, and competence strategies with organisational priorities. Through coaching, Communities of Practice, workforce planning, and targeted learning initiatives, you will help shape sustainable technical capabilities. The role also provides the opportunity to influence engineering practices, talent pipelines, and organisational decisions through data-driven insights. It is an ideal opportunity for an experienced SAP Finance leader who enjoys developing people while building capabilities for the future.
