This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Compliance Support Senior Expert based in the United States. This role supports global Regulatory Affairs teams by maintaining critical regulatory activity data within an integrated Regulatory Information Management environment. You’ll help ensure regulatory applications, registrations, variations, documentation, and related information remain accurate, reliable, and compliant. The position combines data management, regulatory operations, process improvement, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a global environment. You’ll work closely with process owners, subject matter experts, business users, and teams across different functions and locations. The role also contributes to automation initiatives designed to reduce repetitive manual work and improve operational efficiency. You’ll help strengthen regulatory tracking, reporting, data quality, and user adoption through effective communication and training. This is an opportunity to contribute to the modernization of regulatory processes while supporting compliant product lifecycle management.

Create and maintain master data records and an integrated tracking database containing key information on regulatory activities, submissions, registrations, events, and documentation across countries. Support the global regulatory tracking system and related reporting and business intelligence capabilities, ensuring reliable data is available to support operational decisions and compliance with health authority requirements. Coordinate communication across regulatory functions, business teams, and international locations regarding regulatory process tracking, data issues, and issue resolution. Provide guidance and training to end users of the regulatory tracking system, helping teams adopt processes and use data effectively. Contribute to the automation and optimization of existing systems and processes to improve efficiency, reduce repetitive manual activities, and strengthen data quality. Support process owners and subject matter experts in global discussions, decision-making activities, implementation initiatives, and follow-up actions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of integrated regulatory systems, processes, and data landscapes while supporting longer-term operational optimization. Requirements: Master’s degree in life sciences, or a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, another relevant scientific discipline, or an equivalent qualification. 1–3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in regulatory affairs, regulatory operations, or data management. Basic knowledge of Veeva Vault RIM is required, with hands-on experience strongly preferred. Experience with GxP validation of electronic systems is an advantage. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Practical experience with digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Intermediate knowledge of Power BI or Power Automate. Understanding of regulatory data maintenance, integrated tracking systems, and reporting environments. English proficiency at C1 level or above, both written and spoken. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly to diverse stakeholders. Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Practical and solution-oriented problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work effectively within global, multicultural teams and across different functions and locations. Ability to develop clear communication strategies, timelines, action plans, and follow-up activities. Collaborative approach when working with process owners, subject matter experts, business users, and other stakeholders.
