Supported mobility costs can include international, national and local economy-class transport, visa and insurance costs, accommodation and per diem, and transport of stage or technical elements. Support may cover no more than 70% of the total project budget, with applicants providing at least 30% co-financing. Projects must take place between February and December 2027.

Artistic teams such as performing-arts companies, music ensembles and collectives must be based in Africa. Production offices, artist-development organizations, labels, venues, cultural spaces and eligible events may be based in Sub-Saharan Africa or the European Union. Tour and major-event programming thresholds stated in the official call must also be met.
