The Connect & Create 2027 professional-mobility call supports organizations and international events in Sub-Saharan Africa and the European Union that host delegations of performing-arts and music professionals from Africa and Europe for structured professional exchanges.

Selected mobility pathways may include training, conferences, peer exchange, networking and B2B meetings. Eligible mobility costs include international, national and local economy-class transport, visa and insurance costs, accommodation and per diem, and translation. Support may cover no more than 70% of the total project budget, with at least 30% co-financing required. Mobilities must take place between February and December 2027.
Eligibility requirements
Applicant organizations or international events must be based in Sub-Saharan Africa or an EU member state and host professional delegations. Delegations must include at least eight cultural professionals aged over 18 from the eligible regions and meet the nationality-diversity requirements in the official call. Artists themselves are excluded from the professional-delegation profile for this call.
