Institut français is accepting applications from eligible African cultural actors, including those in the Central African Republic, for 2027 touring and major-event programming support in live performance and music.

The programme supports international mobility costs for touring and programming, including eligible transport, visa and insurance, accommodation, per diem, and transport of technical/scenographic elements. Support cannot exceed 70% of the total project budget and applicants must demonstrate at least 30% co-financing.
Eligibility requirements
Eligible projects include tours in Africa with at least five pre-booked dates in at least three countries outside the artist's country of residence, tours in Europe with at least three pre-booked dates, or programming at major events featuring at least three African artistic teams from three different African countries.
