Eligible costs include international, national and local transport, visa and insurance, accommodation/per diem and stage/technical transport. Support may cover up to 70% of total project budget; at least 30% co-financing is required.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must meet the project rules. Chad is explicitly listed. African tours require at least five pre-confirmed performances in at least three countries outside the artist's country of residence; European tours require at least three pre-confirmed dates.
