Working collaboratively with the project teams, the role will ensure that day-to-day site execution adheres to established processes and project parameters, and achieves the highest standards of performance, functionality and safety. Quality Support Execution Provide direction, mentoring and technical support to Site Quality Managers, Quality Engineers, and other quality personnel assigned to multiple projects/campuses within the region. Drive consistency in quality reporting, inspections, audits, issue management, and lessons learned across the assigned portfolio of projects. Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through personal actions and mentoring others, ensuring the safety programme is followed. Review the General Contractor's Project Quality Management Plan (QMP), including QA/QC procedures, inspection and test plans (ITP), and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) management plan. Lead and manage quality-awareness promotions that enhance the quality culture and project outcomes. Attend and participate in project design and construction meetings, including OAC and weekly quality meetings. Execute quality audits onsite and offsite, and ensure audit goals are met. Improve process control through enhanced process capability and error-proofing. Facilitate cross-site collaboration and sharing of best practices, lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives between project teams. Provide data-driven insights to support process adherence and conformance. Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing non-conformances, observations, and audit outcomes in a clear and accessible manner. Support the entry of QA/QC data in the appropriate tool, issue a weekly QA/QC log, maintain quality metrics and track QA/QC items to closure as part of the QA/QC programme. Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations and best practices relating to construction and quality. Provide training, mentoring and technical support to Site Quality Managers, Quality Engineers and project stakeholders on QA/QC processes, specifications and best practices. Education: Bachelor's degree in construction project management, architecture, engineering, quality management or a related field, with 10+ years of related experience on data centre projects, or equivalent experience in a similar industry. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of building-construction experience covering MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing), CSA (civil, structural and architectural), construction quality management, commissioning expertise and quality-control testing, preferably in data centre or industrial construction reliant on specific installation practices and adherence. Demonstrated experience managing quality programmes across multiple concurrent construction projects or sites, including coordination of geographically distributed quality teams. Proven ability to lead, coach and develop site-based quality personnel while maintaining consistent quality outcomes across a portfolio of projects. Proficiency in data analytics and internal reporting tools, including Power BI and other statistical inference tools. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends. Detail Oriented: Meticulous attention to specifications, governing standards and installation compliance, with commitment to high-quality results, including auditing contractor certifications. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and promote open, inclusive communication. Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet schedule requirements. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Quality Mindset: Strong commitment to accountability and adherence to project quality standards and specifications, using the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field. Technical mastery or knowledge of continuous and process-improvement methods such as DMAIC, Lean, DFSS/process design, process management and change management. Quality-control and testing certifications are preferred, such as the Construction Quality Management certificate from the United States Army Corps of Engineers and OSHA 30. Knowledge of FMEA, MSA, 8D, or other structured problem-solving methodologies. Experience in Cost of Poor-Quality analysis and ISO 9001; ASQ certifications such as CQM, CQE or CQA are desirable. Familiarity with construction software technology, including BIM, other construction-management software and infrastructure components.
