UNICEF's Office of Strategy and Evidence - Innocenti is building a roster of experienced consultants for remote, on-demand foresight support across strategic foresight, facilitation and participation, quantitative modelling, and knowledge management/capacity building.
Full job description
Selected roster members may support UNICEF country, regional and headquarters teams on horizon scanning, scenario planning, futures thinking, participatory foresight, modelling, workshops, strategic analysis and organizational learning. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The consultancy is remote/work from home, with the Foresight and Policy team based in Florence.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants need an advanced university degree (Master's or higher) in a relevant field such as futures studies, public policy, international development, strategic planning, political science, economics, social sciences, systems thinking or innovation, plus at least 8-10 years of progressively responsible relevant experience. Excellent written and spoken English is required; additional UN languages are an asset.
