The Role We are looking for driven self-motivated Consultants with exposure implementing, supporting, or administering business/IT operations for software solutions. Consultants will be implementing the Veeva’s solution (Commercial Cloud) to help customers transforms business processes across commercial and medical with efficiency and compliance Business level communication skill is required in both English and Japanese. This is a full-time permanent role with Veeva. This is a customer-facing role and it is required to work in Tokyo or Osaka. Some customers may ask you to work onsite.
What You’ll Do

Configuration and implementation of Commercial Veeva Solution (Veeva CRM/Vault CRM/Veeva PromoMats/Events Management, etc.) based on requirements gathering workshops to our global/domestic clients.

Manage tasks during the implementation project such as workshops delivery, requirements gathering, configuration, validation, migration, integration, training, and go-live activities.

Collaborate with customers and team members both Japan-based and Global-based

Alignment with customer’s global governance

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, Sales, CSM and other teams across the company.
Qualifications And Requirements
-
4+ years’ experience with minimum 2 years in either IT consulting / professional services environment in a regulated industry (banking, insurance, life sciences etc.) or in life sciences IT / Commercial area.

Exposure to business and IT groups in an implementation, administration, or other supporting role for software solutions.

Experience developing workshop material, training material, or requirements gathering sessions with business and system stakeholders.

Ability to travel in domestic and international

Business Level English and Fluent in Japanese
Nice To Have

Experience in the Life Sciences space with knowledge of promotional materials or commercial excellence.

Direct experience with systems such as Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault PromoMats, Salesforce, Oracle and other Life science industry technologies

Data Analysis, computer science, or related degree

Experience in services delivery management and/or systems implementation, project management
