Founded in 2003, we have worked for over 20 years to bring together specialist, sector-focused strategy, management consulting and technology expertise to support the entire client transformation lifecycle. Having partnered with more than 1,200 clients worldwide across the asset and wealth management, alternatives and insurance industries, Alpha is truly a trusted advisor for complex change programmes. We now have over 1,180 consultants working with clients across North America, the UK, Europe, Middle East and APAC. Alpha FMC opened its first Australian office in 2020 and has grown rapidly into a team of over 20. Role Responsibilities: Work, often with alongside a team, on client projects Actively participate in project and client meetings Produce materials for business engagement meetings (e.g. PowerPoint decks) Support with creation of high-quality work products within expected timeframes Own key items for project delivery – including possible ownership of deliverables or work streams within a project Track and monitor key project issues, risks, actions, and dependencies Understand Alpha FMC and its services and actively assess ways to serve clients Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge Support with the development of one or two internal business management areas Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications): At least 2-3 years of proven experience in the delivery of consulting or change projects gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm An understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills Stakeholder management and influencing skills – with both clients and colleagues Demonstrable proficiency in relationship development.
