UK/IRE-trained specialists: considering a move to New Zealand? I'm building a talent pool of UK/Irish doctors who hold a CCT/CCST and are open to relocating to New Zealand, across a range of specialties. We're working with Health New Zealand across both the North and South Islands , so there's a wide choice of locations, from major cities to regional communities. Why Choose New Zealand? This includes on-call, overtime, superannuation and allowances. Base salaries for Medical Specialists range from NZ$185K to NZ$267K, with allowances on top that vary by location and service CME and indemnity: an annual CME allowance of NZ$16,000, reimbursement of registration and practising certificate fees, and professional indemnity covered by Health New Zealand Leave: 6 weeks' annual leave and 12 paid public holidays Residency: Senior Medical Officers are on Tier 1 of the Green List, so you can apply for residency before you arrive What I can do: Talk through the market, roles and timelines in confidence Explain the registration process step by step Match you with opportunities as they arise No commitment, just a conversation about whether it could work for you.
