Consultant Relations Director - South Central

Our partner is looking for a Consultant Relations Director - South Central based in the United States. This is a strategic commercial leadership role focused on building and expanding influential relationships with benefits consultants across the South Central region. You will own the partnership strategy for Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and New Mexico, turning relationships into meaningful business opportunities. The role combines territory planning, executive relationship development, solution presentations, and high-value industry engagement. You’ll introduce a comprehensive technology-enabled healthcare solution to commercial partners and help generate substantial top-of-funnel pipeline. Working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams, you’ll help move opportunities from initial engagement through successful closure. The position offers significant visibility across a fast-moving healthcare and technology environment, with opportunities to shape market growth and commercial strategy.
