Summary

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to develop engaging digital content that showcases our hotel, dining experiences, guest stories, and lifestyle offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content across social media, photography, videography, and digital marketing platforms to enhance brand awareness and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Create, develop, and produce engaging digital content, including photography, videography, reels, short-form videos, graphic designs, and written content for the hotel's social media channels, website, and marketing campaigns.

· Plan and execute content strategies that promote hotel rooms, restaurants, events, promotions, and guest experiences.

· Attend and cover hotel events, activations, and special occasions to capture high-quality content for real-time and future marketing use.

· Collaborate closely with operational departments, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Recreation, and Sales & Marketing, to identify content opportunities and ensure accurate representation of hotel services.

· Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to create innovative and relevant content that enhances audience engagement and brand awareness.

· Ensure all content aligns with Hyatt brand standards, marketing objectives, and company guidelines.

· Maintain and manage a structured digital asset library of photographs, videos, graphics, and marketing materials for future use.

· Prepare and maintain content calendars to support the planning, scheduling, and publication of content across digital platforms.

· Maintain records of content projects, collaborations, approvals, and marketing activities while ensuring adherence to established processes and deadlines.

· Support the Marketing & Communications team in the execution of promotional campaigns, brand initiatives, partnerships, and public relations activities.

· Uphold professionalism, creativity, and confidentiality when handling company information, business strategies, and guest-related content.

· Ensure compliance with Hyatt policies, procedures, brand standards, health and safety requirements, and local regulations.

· Build and maintain positive working relationships across all hotel departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

· Represent Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai professionally at all times and contribute to enhancing the hotel's reputation and market presence.

· Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management in support of the hotel's business objectives.
