ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full-time content marketing role focused entirely on the Brazilian market, sitting within the Marketing team of a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the AI-powered business communication space. You will own messaging across the full customer journey, from paid ads and landing pages to organic social and product positioning, helping thousands of SMEs discover and trust the platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own website and landing page copy tailored specifically to the Brazilian market.
- Write high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Script ad creatives for YouTube and paid social campaigns.
- Create and execute organic content strategies across social platforms.
- Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic, resonant content.
- Improve messaging through user research, A/B testing, and performance data analysis.
- Partner with leadership to shape product positioning and go-to-market messaging. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing roles.
- Background in B2B SaaS or another fast-growing software environment.
- Native fluency in Brazilian Portuguese with outstanding writing ability.
- Fluent English for effective cross-team collaboration.
- Demonstrated experience writing conversion-focused copy for paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics, A/B testing, and data-driven copy optimization.
- Experience writing website and landing page copy that drives measurable conversions.
- Proven ability to build and execute organic social content strategies.
- Experience scripting video ad creatives is a strong plus.
- Experience collaborating with influencers, creators, or customers on content production is a plus.
- Familiarity with product positioning and go-to-market strategy is a plus. LOCATION On-site in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. Visa sponsorship is not available.
