HOW YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE WOULD LOOK LIKE:

• Answering customer questions by phone, chat, and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude

• Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with

• Following the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction

• Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems

• Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide

Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Fluent in Norwegian, with solid English communication skills
• Tech-curious and eager to stay on top of the latest innovations
• Customer-oriented, with prior experience as a strong advantage
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Empathetic by nature, with a genuine passion for helping others
