Responsibilities include setting the help-center roadmap, analyzing traffic and deflection data, writing and publishing launch and policy content, defining content standards, and running structured audits to improve support quality and self-service resolution.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires 4+ years in content strategy, knowledge management or UX writing, ideally in support, trust and safety or operations; strong editorial and communication skills; hands-on experience with CMS/ticketing systems such as Zendesk, analytics, content audits and cross-functional stakeholder influence.
