This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contract & Compliance Analyst based in Brazil. This role supports day-to-day contract and compliance operations within a global, multicultural environment. You will work closely with Business Development, Sales, Compliance, Legal, and other internal teams. The position focuses on reviewing commercial agreements, identifying obligations and risks, and turning requirements into practical guidance. You will help manage documentation throughout the contract lifecycle while maintaining accurate records and supporting audit readiness. The role offers exposure to U.S. contracts, B2B relationships, compliance processes, and regulated-industry requirements. You will begin with structured guidance and progressively take on greater autonomy as your expertise develops. It is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow within contracts, compliance, and global business operations.
