We are recruiting for a Contract Scrum Master / Project Manager to start ASAP. Ideally, you’ll be able to work from Oxford every Wednesday and have strong Salesforce experience.

Who We Are:

AND Digital are a tech company focused on accelerating digital delivery and dedicated to closing the digital skills gap. We’ve been helping organisations build better digital products and stronger digital teams since 2014.

We believe our work should always make a remarkable impact for our clients. We do this through our regional offices (or ‘Clubs’) building strong relationships with our partners, so that they are always prioritised by a team within close proximity.

This unique model has driven success for our clients and ourselves, evidenced by our remarkable organic growth since 2014. Today we number more than 1,300 people with Clubs all over the UK, Europe and the USA with plans for global expansion in the next couple of years.

Join us - and help us fulfil our mission to close the world’s digital skills gap.

We’re looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager to support our client, combining strong project management skills with hands-on Agile and Scrum experience. A key requirement for this role is previous Salesforce experience.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and facilitate all key Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Manage projects effectively, ensuring delivery stays on track against timelines, scope and objectives.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
  • Remove blockers and help teams adopt and continuously improve Agile ways of working.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies and actions.
  • Support effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Use your Salesforce knowledge and experience to understand the platform, delivery requirements and project context.
  • Help the team maintain a strong focus on delivery, collaboration and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar Agile delivery role.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience of Agile Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
  • Experience managing projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Must have Salesforce experience - ideally within a project or delivery environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving blockers and delivery challenges.

Contract Details

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: Until the end of 2026 (approximately 4 months)
  • Working pattern: Part-time initially for the first 2.5 months, then ramping up to full-time
  • Location: Oxford - must be able to work onsite every Wednesday
  • Rate: £350-£450 per day
  • Salesforce experience: Essential
