Contract Specialist

This role provides federal acquisition and contracting support for government programs, helping ensure procurement activities are well-planned, compliant, and effectively executed. You will contribute across the acquisition lifecycle, from requirements development and market research through solicitation, negotiation, award, and contract administration. The position requires strong knowledge of federal procurement practices, FAR requirements, and contracting documentation. You will work closely with program personnel, Contracting Specialists, and Contracting Officers to coordinate acquisition activities and resolve issues. Your analysis and recommendations will help inform procurement strategies, cost estimates, contract vehicles, and sourcing decisions. The role offers an opportunity to work independently while supporting mission-critical federal acquisition functions. This is a remote opportunity suited to an experienced contracting professional with substantial federal government experience.
