This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Coordenador Regional de Operações based in Brazil. This role is responsible for supporting sales, after-sales, and advertising performance across an assigned regional network. You’ll coordinate and support a dynamic field team while helping dealerships achieve commercial and operational goals. The position combines relationship management, business development, financial analysis, marketing initiatives, incentives, and performance improvement. You’ll work closely with regional partners to develop and implement business plans that strengthen customer growth and market performance. Regular field visits will allow you to understand local opportunities, address operational challenges, and support teams directly. The role also involves monitoring customer experience, market dynamics, financial indicators, and commercial results to guide decisions. This is a highly collaborative opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys working close to customers, teams, and the automotive market.
