Full job description
The role supports approved communication and community-engagement activities across Equatorial Guinea, coordinates community agents, prepares Spanish-language materials, maintains engagement records, supports stakeholder authorization workflows and travels periodically to field sites including Annobón.
Requirements & qualifications
A degree in public health, communication, social sciences, community development, international development, education or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is required. Applicants need at least three years of relevant community-engagement, mobilization, social or behaviour-change communication or stakeholder-relations experience. Advanced Spanish and intermediate English are required; Pichi or Bubi is advantageous for Bioko and Fá d'Ambô for Annobón.
