Coordinate full project execution, delivery of technical/programmatic/financial results, donor and partner commitments, alliances, teams and resources, and promote gender equality and social inclusion while strengthening sustainable participation and empowerment of women and girls.
Requirements & qualifications
Local applicants only. Requires a university degree in social sciences, economics, administration, development or a related field; at least three years leading projects and teams, especially in women's economic empowerment, gender equality, social inclusion, livelihoods or community development; GESI knowledge; planning, monitoring, budgeting, data-analysis and technical-reporting skills; IT skills and a 4x4 driving licence. Grant-management experience and project certifications are valued.
