Corporate Counsel, Commercial

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Commercial based in United States. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative global legal team supporting a high-growth technology business and its worldwide go-to-market organization. You will take ownership of commercial legal matters from day one, working closely with experienced in-house counsel while advising teams across the business. The role covers enterprise SaaS, software licensing, vendor agreements, privacy, and international commercial transactions. You will partner directly with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Product, Security, and Deal Desk to help close meaningful business opportunities. Beyond day-to-day transactions, you will help shape contract playbooks, templates, and workflows to make legal support faster and more effective. You will also contribute to an AI-augmented legal function, exploring practical ways to use emerging tools and automation. This role is well suited to a curious, commercially minded attorney who enjoys ownership, pace, and solving complex problems alongside the business.
