Corporate Counsel (Employment & Litigation)

Our partner is looking for a Corporate Counsel (Employment & Litigation) based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to become a trusted legal advisor across employment, litigation, and commercial contracting matters. You’ll work closely with People, Procurement, business, and legal stakeholders to manage day-to-day legal needs in a fast-growing environment. The position combines practical legal counseling, risk assessment, dispute management, contract review, and investigations. You’ll have meaningful ownership over matters while partnering with senior legal leaders on complex or high-impact issues. As the organization grows, the role will expand into broader corporate responsibilities and greater strategic influence.
