Role Overview We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring across key business functions at Wing AI. This role will play a critical part in scaling our internal teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, build strong pipelines, and ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruitment across corporate, operational, and go-to-market roles Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, talent mapping) Screen and assess candidates through structured interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit Manage interview coordination, feedback consolidation, and hiring decisions efficiently Drive offer management, including compensation alignment, negotiation, and closing candidates Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume and critical roles Ensure an excellent candidate experience across all touchpoints Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and source effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Leadership) to support workforce planning and hiring forecasts Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Wing AI’s talent attraction strategy Ensure compliance with hiring policies, contractor engagement guidelines, and local labor considerations
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3–6 years of experience in recruitment (in-house, agency, or RPO) Proven experience handling high-volume hiring in fast-paced or startup environments Strong sourcing expertise across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards) Experience recruiting for both non-technical and business roles ; technical hiring exposure is a plus Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Nice to Have Experience hiring global or remote talent, particularly in the Philippines or offshore markets Experience recruiting for BPO, outsourcing, or managed services environments Exposure to AI, tech-enabled services, or startup ecosystems Experience hiring independent contractors or project-based roles
