Corporate Travel Agent

About The Role

International company Terry Soot MG is looking for a Corporate Travel Agent in Lviv who will support all travels needed for our projects and our clients. In this position you’ll be responsible for booking tickets, accommodations, training rooms, renting cars and searching for optional routes.

What We Require:

• Good English, both written and spoken (B2 level);

• Other languages will be a plus;

• Google Sheets/ Excel proficiency;

• Hands-on experience with international travel regulations and currencies would be a plus;

• Good time-management skills;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Critical-thinker and problem-solver;

• Customer-centered mindset.

Your Responsibilities Would Include:

• Plan and manage business trips (book hotels and transport) accordingly to the client’s requests;

• Perform assigned, complex and/or varied tasks;

• Check the Quality and Performance indicator for a specific objective;

• Meshing with the team;

• Participation in trainings.
