Full job description
The position monitors F&B costs, inventory movements and stock levels; supports profitability analysis and menu costing; verifies invoices and receiving records; participates in month-end activities; and helps maintain internal controls across Finance, Purchasing, Culinary and F&B Operations.
Requirements & qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, hospitality management or a related field is preferred, with equivalent education and relevant experience also considered.
