Overview

Côte d’Ivoire’s 2026 PNSAR is a national youth-employability programme offering qualification internships, school-required placements, apprenticeships, immersion and reconversion pathways through Agence Emploi Jeunes and partner organizations.

Complete internship details

The Government launched the fourth PNSAR edition for 2026 with a target of 152,237 young beneficiaries, including 100,000 through immersion programmes. Programme pathways differ by age, education level and objective. Government guidance states that qualification internships are for people who have already validated their diploma, school internships serve students in a graduation/defence year, apprenticeships target young people who left school with little or no qualification, and reconversion supports graduates who need to move toward more employable fields. From 2026, the Government states that qualification-internship allowances are harmonized at a minimum equivalent to the SMIG, 75,000 FCFA; that amount should not be assumed for every PNSAR pathway. Individual placements and their dates are published through Agence Emploi Jeunes.

Eligibility requirements

Eligibility depends on the PNSAR pathway. Official guidance distinguishes qualification-internship candidates with a validated diploma, school-internship candidates in a graduation/defence year, apprenticeship candidates who are out of school or have low/no qualification, and graduates seeking professional reconversion. Applicants should follow the requirements of each Agence Emploi Jeunes placement.

Tips for this internship

Practical Job and Scholarship guidance. These tips do not replace official rules or create new eligibility requirements.

  1. Create or update an Agence Emploi Jeunes candidate profile and check each placement’s specific eligibility, location and deadline.
  2. Tailor the CV and application to the responsibilities and required skills stated on the official employer page.
  3. Use concrete evidence of relevant work, projects and measurable results rather than generic claims.
  4. Confirm location, work authorization, remote restrictions and sponsorship terms before applying.
  5. Apply through the original employer or official recruitment destination shown on this page.

Verification notes

Verified against current Government of Côte d’Ivoire reporting on the 2026 PNSAR and official government guidance describing programme tracks and Agence Emploi Jeunes registration. No universal PNSAR application deadline or programme-wide duration was found; individual AEJ placements carry their own dates. The 75,000 FCFA minimum is explicitly tied to qualification internships from 2026 and is not generalized to every pathway.
