The role owns the country P&L and budget, tracks operating and growth KPIs, adapts market strategy with international leadership, manages partner relationships and local teams, and supports expansion beyond food delivery. The employer states a salary of USD 1,600-3,100 per month, an execution-linked 5-20% bonus, equity, possible sign-on bonus, a fuel stipend, health coverage and a relocation package to Eswatini.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires at least two years of B2C management experience in food delivery, ride-hailing or another marketplace platform, at least two years of managerial or business experience, strong English and a hands-on startup mindset. Experience in Eswatini or South Africa and siSwati or another local language are advantageous; a relevant university degree is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
