The role covers inventory and e-commerce incident management, supplier negotiation, field recruitment of couriers, fleet support, account and payment administration, document management, fraud monitoring and operational reporting.
Requirements & qualifications
Completed university education; 0-2 years of experience in similar roles; advanced Excel or Google Sheets; Power BI or Looker; basic-to-intermediate SQL; Google Workspace; and strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Postgraduate study and prior tech startup, e-commerce or marketplace experience are desirable.
