CRE is offering 100 complete university scholarships for eligible 2026 secondary-school graduates who are CRE associates or children of associates. The scholarships cover 100% of the cost of the selected degree at one of five partner universities, with registration open through 30 September 2026.

The CREando Valor 2026 programme supports undergraduate study at Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra (UPSA), Universidad Católica Boliviana San Pablo (UCB), Universidad Evangélica Boliviana (UEB), Universidad Tecnológica Privada de Santa Cruz (UTEPSA) and Universidad de Aquino Bolivia (UDABOL). Participating universities conduct academic sufficiency examinations and select the highest-scoring candidates. Applicants may register for more than one partner university, but only one scholarship may be awarded per CRE associate. The official programme page lists examinations from 5 to 9 October 2026, depending on the university. Registration is available online through CRE and in person at CRE consumer-assistance offices.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be CRE associates or children of CRE associates, be members of the 2026 graduating secondary-school cohort, and have the associated CRE account current on the July bill or be complying with an approved payment plan. CRE does not state a separate nationality requirement on the current programme page.
