ROLE Japan is one of BeReal's most strategic markets, with a highly distinctive creator ecosystem and social media culture. This role is the local vision that connects Japanese creative production with BeReal's global performance creative operation. Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative producers and influencer coordinators. You will own creative production for BeReal’s paid marketing strategy and play a central role in helping growth of the user base on the market.
- Prioritize and drive creative production for BeReal based on product and user acquisition strategy
- Lead up to 3 people: recruit, coach, animate the team
- Analyze your team’s performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs
- Benchmark, discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with the globa creative team
- Lead key projects to test new tools, IA processes, etc. PROFILE
- You have 4+ years of experience in performance marketing in the mobile apps industry
- You’ve successfully led high-impact projects
- You have driven multiple creative strategies and run them from A to Z
- You have influencer and creator management experience
- You speak and write English fluently
- You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
