Working closely with operations, engineering, construction, cybersecurity, and global platform teams, you will help deliver resilient datacenter services at hyperscale while driving continuous improvement and innovation across the ICS environment. Maintaining ICS availability, data quality, service and change management, reporting, and the security of all ICS systems in the Data Centers. Site level ICS program and project management, and both govern and directly participate in the execution of global initiatives related to ICS systems. Governing logical and physical access, approval, and permissions related to all ICS systems, networks, workstations, and servers that provide datacenter monitoring and controls. Empowering a culture of safety and security in global datacenter operations by complying with CO+I's safety programs and policies and completing compliance knowledge assessments. Developing positive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field AND technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, systems engineering, or industrial controls OR equivalent experience. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience supporting industrial control systems in critical environments. Experience operating, maintaining, designing, commissioning, or troubleshooting Industrial Control Systems (ICS) within mission-critical facilities, including familiarity with protocols such as BACnet and Modbus. Working knowledge of datacenter electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including power distribution, grounding, fire alarm, HVAC, chilled water, refrigeration, and associated control systems. Experience supporting or managing industrial control platforms such as Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), Branch Circuit Monitoring (BCM), or Battery Monitoring Systems (BMS), with the ability to interpret construction drawings and support infrastructure projects.
