The scholarship provides up to AUD 75,000, paid as AUD 7,500 each semester for up to five years subject to ongoing eligibility and the standard duration of the original degree.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be first- or second-year University of Newcastle students in an eligible program, study full-time or part-time, meet the published academic-progress threshold, establish Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander status, meet the citizenship/permanent-residency rule, and not hold another UON donor-funded or sponsored scholarship concurrently.
