The conference theme is scientific research and public-private partnerships as catalysts for sustainable development and well-being in Sub-Saharan Africa. Current post-early-bird rates shown by CSRS are XOF 125,000 in person or 75,000 online for researchers/practitioners from the North; 75,000 or 30,000 for researchers/practitioners from the South; 50,000 or 30,000 for students from the North; and 40,000 or 25,000 for students from the South. Participants based in Côte d'Ivoire are required to attend in person, while remote registration is for participants outside the country.

Researchers, practitioners and students may register under the published participant categories. Côte d'Ivoire-based participants must select in-person participation; online participation is available to participants outside Côte d'Ivoire.
