The CSSM Conference 2026 runs 19–22 October in Helsinki and is currently accepting registrations for an interdisciplinary programme on human-microbial relations.

The conference brings together social-science, humanities and arts perspectives on human-microbial relations. The current normal-rate registration period runs through 28 September 2026. Published normal rates are EUR 160 low, EUR 320 mid and EUR 380 high under a pay-what-you-can-afford structure; registration includes conference sessions, exhibition and film screenings, lunches, coffee breaks and a social night. Because rates are tiered, no single fee is normalized.
