Job Title: CT Technologist - GMC - Full Time - Nights Location: Danville, Pennsylvania Job Category: Diagnostic Services Schedule: Nights Work Type: Full time Department: GMC Radiology Team Date Posted: 09/12/2024 Job ID: R-64851 Job Summary $7,500 Sign on bonus for eligible applicants! Part-time and full-time positions are eligible for participation in Geisinger’s Imaging Technologist Clinical Ladder program. The ladder level you qualify for at hire will be dependent on experience and certifications. Salary commensurate with experience. Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists are responsible for the administration of ionizing radiation for diagnostic, therapeutic or research purposes. A CT technologist performs computed tomography and molecular imaging procedures and acquires and analyzes data needed for diagnosis, interpretation, and the performance of interventional and therapeutic procedures at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed practitioner. CT Technologists independently perform or assist the licensed practitioner in the completion of computed tomography. CT technologists prepare, administer and document activities related to medications and radiation exposure
